Andrei Chiricuță

Andrei is an associate lawyer within the corporate law team at SCA Ilie, Stanciu & Associates, specializing in commercial and corporate law.

Andrei has been involved in a wide range of national and international corporate transactions across various economic sectors, providing assistance with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, reorganizations, as well as ongoing corporate governance matters.

Andrei also plays an active role in our firm's initiatives dedicated to Romania's tech startup ecosystem and expanding entrepreneurial companies. In this capacity, he works closely with both venture capital funds and scale-up startups, providing strategic legal support throughout funding rounds and in securing partnerships in local and European markets.
