Victor has over 7 years of experience in business law, providing strategic legal counsel and high-quality assistance to local entrepreneurs, expanding mid-sized companies, and subsidiaries of international groups.

Before co-founding the firm, Victor worked as a professional at top law firms in Romania, where he successfully managed complex multi-jurisdictional transactions, commercial litigation, and white-collar crime cases.

Victor firmly believes that the new generation of business lawyers must go beyond the classic role of legal problem-solver. His mission is to be a genuine strategic partner, proactively involved in his clients' success, helping people, communities, and business partners grow and secure their long-term goals.

Outside the office, Victor is passionate about sports — tennis, swimming, and gym fitness — and dedicates part of his time to mentorship, enthusiastically guiding the junior lawyers on the team.
